- 1. Once your paid subscription begins, you may cancel your Planology subscription anytime by logging in to your Planology Account Manager. When a subscription is canceled, all web services are closed and related web content and advertising is deleted from Planology.com, Activitystore.com, and Planology Pages within 5 business days,
- 2. Subscriptions automatically convert to a non-refundable 12-month paid subscription after the 30-day free trial period. Cancel anytime during your free trial to stop new subscription charges. A credit card is required to sign up.
- 3. Applicable state tax is added to all subscription purchases.
- 4.Compatible with all major browsers.
- 5.Getting started is easy. Complimentary set-up, support, and education sessions are offered weekly. Additional hourly support and training can be purchased separately.
All Planology ads, once uploaded, can be changed out and refreshed (must be the same size) by the subscriber at any time. Ad space cannot, however, be resold or rented to another vendor or entity or moved to another location. Companies found to have ads or promotions not directly linked to represent the member’s business will be instructed to change them. Should non-compliant ads not be changed within 3 business days of notification, Planology will remove them, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Planology’s ad spaces are solely for the promotion of the primary business each supplier member joined under. Anything uploaded to an ad space that does not promote and link to the business services of the member supplier will be asked to be removed. All ads and ad changes go through an internal vetting process before being uploaded to Planology. Planology does not allow ads of a political, activist, social, or sexual nature. This application is for legitimate travel and meeting and event suppliers to cost-effectively get more direct business exposure to their targeted audiences and promote their products and services. When you join, you agree that Planology is the sole decision maker as to what ads are seen and not seen. No refunds are provided for refused or removed ads. However, the purchased ad space belongs to the supplier and he or she may submit another ad for approval in line with Planology’s code of ad conduct. Thank you for your support and understanding.
