Once uploaded, ads can be modified or refreshed by the subscriber at any time, provided they remain the same size. Ad space cannot be resold, rented to another vendor, or moved to a different location. Any ads or promotions not directly representing the subscriber’s business will be flagged for replacement.
Planology’s ad spaces are reserved exclusively for promoting the primary business under which the supplier member enrolled. Any ad content that does not directly promote and link to the member’s business services will be subject to removal. All ad submissions and modifications undergo an internal review process before publication on Planology. Ads of a political, activist, social, or sexual nature are strictly prohibited. This platform is designed for legitimate travel, meeting, and event suppliers to gain cost-effective business exposure and promote their services to their targeted audiences. By joining, you agree that Planology reserves the right to determine which ads are displayed. No refunds are provided for ads that are rejected or removed. However, the ad space remains available for the member to submit a new ad in compliance with Planology’s ad guidelines. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
